Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus laid out the boundaries for both Donald Trump and his many opponents Friday in a speech aimed at holding together his party at a time when it seems it is under assault from all sides.
Priebus opened his speech to RNC members here with a stern shot at the #NeverTrump forces.
"It is essential to victory in November that we all support our candidate," Priebus said. "This goes for everyone, whether you're a county party chairman, an RNC member or a presidential candidate. Politics is a team sport, and we can't win unless we rally around whoever becomes our nominee."

Reading the entire article it becomes obvious that he is laying the ground work to deny Trump the nomination AND retain Trump’s supporters for the November election.
The plan seems to be:
1) Have the GOP establishment / #NeverTrump people lay low.
2) Steal the nomination from Trump by hook or crook at the convention.
3) Blame the stolen nomination on Cruz, which means Cruz WON’T be the nominee—he’ll be the scapegoat, so the GOPe’s guy can claim the nomination with “clean hands.”
Reince Priebus, just marking time before retiring into, no doubt, a very nice lifestyle.
I wouldn’t trust this weasel farther than I could throw him.

There is no way these TRUMP delegates are anything but Cruz supporters and very few belong to TRUMP. Up to now, anyway.
The Cruz/noTrump coalition has seen that TRUMP supporters just by saying they are for TRUMP, are voted down, and are black balled by their own words, and will never even make the slate to the National Convention.
It’s democracy turned on its head.
Fortunately, in these upcoming states, TRUMP supporters are now on to how Cruz is gaming the system. TRUMP supporters can go in and pretend to be for Cruz and then they can have an even chance to make the slate of National delegates.

I’m not convinced. Wish I were. I think Priebus is “in” on the gaming of delegates. It’s outrageous that supporters for TRUMP should have to lie and pretend they are for Cruz just to make the slate of National delegates.
It is epidemic the extortion going on in these state conventions, blocking out TRUMP supporters from serving as his delegates.
Priebus defends the practice, and calls it democracy. LOL!

Delegate election is a legitimate part of the process. Any Trump supporter can run for election as a delegate. It is not cheating if the Trump supporter cannot win election as a delegate because he cannot get support of the voters for delegate.

Supporters of TRUMP should have to lie at state conventions, and be thought Cruz supporters, before they even hope for an even chance at being elected as a delegate.
Your ridiculously narrow reply not only avoids the heavy handed suppression of TRUMP supporters from the “process”, but nails your @$$ as one of the instigators of the suppression, rejection and replacement of TRUMP supporters.
