“If she could she would take them away.”
If they could, they all would....
Much easier to control an unarmed, carb-stupefied, propaganda-inculcated populace.

If that was to happen, expect greater use of civil disobedience.

There will be greater civil disobedience that will also result.

An officer comes to your house waving a copy of an executive order to confiscate your too many guns.
You ask, show me a copy of the LAW you are enforcing and my violation of that LAW will go before a court of LAW and I will be convicted of violating. The would be no standing for a prosecutor to bring such an arrest before a judge in a pre-trial arraignment. Laughed out and away from the judge.
Citizen then files charges against the police and you have standing so it’ll stick all the way to the end.

>If that was to happen, expect greater use of civil disobedience. Correction: If that was to happen, expect greater change of armed rebellion. Damn, I wish. I think most 'Americans' would turn their neighbor over for the ovens if it meant the taxpayer check kept coming. Not enough tyranny and oppression of the masses for the whole to rise up and demand restoration. Though, when the time DOES come, they will lament... *** "The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and I'll look down and whisper 'No.'" ― Alan Moore, Watchmen

Citizen then files charges against the police and you have standing so itll stick all the way to the end. I was informed not only would the citizen have standing, but there is intent to injure and there is injury. You would win on all requisites for a judgement in your favor to collect damages.

How is it we have a person, running for the president who openly calls for the removal of 2nd amendment rights through executive edict.

I think I might support Hillary confiscating firearms if she becomes President.
Just as long as she does it herself.

She wants a revolt...I think she might get one, but it's going to be in the form of an Article V convention. If she tries to stop that, all bets are off.
