independents did not vote - unless they reregistered to choose a party for the primary.
Many of them likely to vote in the general.

I have this board to thank and it’s a great feeling.
Although he likes the enemy, lol, 2nddivisionvet really got me started on how the whole process works and answered a lot of questions in the beginning.

First a little “inside baseball” for my fellow Islanders: Guy was a BIG loser Tuesday. The stupid fool backed Kasich but then again he IS GOPe through and through. With the fall of Mikey Suits and this grinding defeat maybe we’ve seen the last of Guy!
Big point: To win New York State Trump has to see a lower turnout for Democrats and a HUGE victory on Staten Island.
A recent survey shows enthusiasm is down on the Democrat side and up on Republican side.
Trump will do the 20% of Blacks in a smaller universe he has consistently gotten in all the surveys the media has been burying going back to the first shock USAToday Labor Day poll showing Trump getting 25% of the Black vote.
When Staten Island rolls out big for Trump it will help him fight Clinton to a 44/ 56 loss in NYC.
From there he will win in the suburban counties 55/45 and roll to a 56/44 win upstate. All of this will give Trump enough to pull out a tight 53/47 win state-wide.
The summer polls will show that Clinton will HAVE to campaign in New York State something she doesn’t want to do and something no Democrat has had to do since Dukakis in 1988.
82 Percent of Statn island Republicans are rubes who follow a conman and are allergic to fact checking. Huzzah
