“As long as Cruz is playing soreloserman and working in tandem with the GOPe against US, he deserves all the grief we can level against him. Dont look now but Cruz has become what hes been fighting against. You have a choice to make.”
Exactly. Cruz can’t win the nomination, and he can’t beat Hillary.
More fighting is going to elect Hillary.

So you kill all your voters?
Not at all. We're talking in metaphorical terms here, me and Theo. He seems to think that everyone should kiss the asses of each and every Cruz supporter, bring them milk and cookies, and sing them "Oh Canada" in hopes of gaining their favor. I say they will either vote in the best interest of their Nation, which is against Hillary Rotten Criminal, or they're not worth the time of day.
Sassy, irrelevant talk achieves nothing.
Nothing sassy or irrelevant about it FRiend.

“That will mean some left, some right, but on the average it will be a move rightward from where the government is now.”
That’s a good way to put it. Maybe that will drag some back from the left as they see the rightward move is a good thing.

Here we go again... Come on conservatives, hold your nose and vote for the lesser of two evils. Just because the Republican Party is serving us up yet another centrist/liberal Republican as the presumptive nominee doesnt mean Ill vote for him because he happens to have an R after his name. I work to elect conservatives, not Republicans.
Mr. Trump has been consistent and posted his positions at the start of the campaign.
Which ones do you disagree with?

If he builds the wall, puts an end to muzzie immigrants, kicks the crap out of ISIS, ends bamster care, accentuates free markets, bolsters our military, and prosecutes hillary, I’ll gladly furnish you multiple hats.
I realize you might not consider that conservative for some crazy, convoluted reason.
But it is..........

We can of course agree to disagree.
Trump is wily, never say die, plays to win and is fighting for America. He’s not kissing any GOP posteriors. If they think they have him sewn down, they better check their rears.
When Trump talks about needing to deal, to get the legislature America needs to get back on track, he is signaling them that there may be something in it for them. They are unprincipled and what they want is fairly easy to supply: cover and some feeding. That may be the cost of doing business and I would happily see that happen if it allows us to have less debt, a wall, No Obamacare, No Common core, no unfunded mandates, no Dept of Ed, Vets treated with respect and honorably, etc etc etc.
Trump is not the kind of man they are used to. He has taken the publish & be dam*ed approach. There are no secrets they can use to bring him down; he is an open book. He has the connections to riffle through their closets and pick & chose the history/vulnerabilities that will make them willing to deal. He will not hesitate to call them out before the American people on their shady dealings.
Not pretty but when you need to clean the stables you need to get in the muck. I have zero respect for Congress, zero respect for the GOP, very little respect for several of the Supremes and I want to see America go back to her roots of small Government with all of the rights not enumerated reserved for the States.

I am correct in that you have avoided or neglected to state that you will support Mr. Trump now that FR is taking that position.

Jim has stated - many times - that he will support Cruz if he is nominated. Since Trump is not yet the nominee - I will stand with Jim on his support for Cruz.
Is that OK with you?

“Conservatives who support Ted Cruz were lost by Trump the day he started referring to him as Lying Ted.”
That did it for me. Last night he was Senator Cruz this and Senator Cruz that, trying to act presidential! Today he was back to “Lyin’ Ted” again.
