Why would Trump agree to debate with either Kasich or Cruz — both of whom have been mathematically eliminated from the 1st ballot?
That would be like debating Rick Perry.

Haven’t there been about a dozen debates already? If Cruz couldn’t make his case given a dozen chances, don’t have much sympathy for him.
Time to cue the late great Don Meredith:

Why bother? Cruz won’t even place second in PA.

No way does Trump debate Cruz. He has no policy positions and he will change them three times per question. What is it with the Cruz bots needing 'Soviet style bureaucracy' policy papers that nobody ever reads? What we all know now, is what Cruz means by 'small government', the 'few' select the 'one'.

After that disgusting Cuban Tag Team fiasco Cruz engineered in the last debate, why THE HECK would Trump have a debate with Cruz? Anyway, Cruz will be too busy in back room meetings striving to steal delegates.
Why am I blaming Cruz, not Rubio? Because Cruz seemed very comfortable with Rubio being thrown under the bus after that.

Teddy boy, you need to stay busy with your delegate stealing operation instead of whining about debates.

The brokered convention is what some of them have already been cheering for.

Trump’s a coward. Cruz would run circles around him. It would be like listening to the late Antonin Scalia debating the bully Don King.
I don’t have TV but I’d pay to watch that.
