After the results from the New York Primary started piling in, it was soon realized that Kasich was holding on to a strong second place lead over Cruz. That along with Trump's landslide victory over both of the other candidates, led to some bad news for the Cruz team, coming via the Kasich campaign.
bloomberg.com reports: N.Y. primary “cemented the fact that” Ted Cruz cannot secure nomination outright before GOP convention in July, John Kasich’s chief strategist John Weaver says in campaign memo.

My understanding is he didn’t have to win New York, he had locked up everything by the time New York in play.

Just watched Karl Rove (on FNC) Saying that a bad night for Trump will be 90 delegates, and in saying it, he looked like he’d just eaten something that disagreed with him big time! And now we have Dana Loesch trying to make up stuff that assures sCruz “supporters” that he’s still headed for some sort of victory. She ends up being Rove in a skirt.
None of the others have any track record whatsoever of any values in anything good for this country. They're empty suits sitting around collecting paychecks, taking pot shots at a successful businessman.
Trump is an international business tycoon who has built hotels and golf courses all over the world, is preparing his children to take over the business, and campaigning 80 hours a week.
Meanwhile his empty suit political adversaries, the press, the GOP have been taking shots at him, non-stop, for 10 months.
Soo... why would anyone view a lying, back-stabbing, NAFTA-TPP-Cruz candidate as a positive for America?
Trump only got about fourty five percent MORE of the vote too...in the Republican primary of a blue state...a clear indication Cruz has what it takes to win in the general election....
