They should have had the foresight to locate their plant at the Mexican border and staff it with illegal aliens; no one in the US government would have given it a second look.

Gosh, I don’t know that we know the whole story. The CEO was interviewed on NBC news. She seemed like a decent person, not frivolous at all about her company. It could be larger players in big medicine using gov influence to thwart an upstart who’s cutting into their profits.
