Hmmmm......Trump gives up to three speeches a day to massive crowds, without a teleprompter, and (gasp) says 711 instead of 911. Cruz talks behind closed doors to deep pocket donors and to make promises to delegates.

But, he said he actually had it “written down”. Teleprompter or notes, apparently, he can’t read which perhaps explains why he never read about the actual process about becoming the nominee. Bullying and name calling were not actually part of that process.
