I was told yesterday that Trump is a liberal Democrat.

My reply:

Build the wall.
Enforce the law.
Deport them all.
End sanctuary cities.
End anchor babies.
Slap a moratorium on muslim immigration.
Cut the taxes.
Cut the spending.
Cut the regulations.
Cut the government.
Cut the debt.
Cut the EPA.
Repeal ObamaCare.
Get the feds out and allow health insurance to be sold over state lines.
Send education back to states.
Get a handle on trade.
Make trade deals in our own best interests.
Bring back capital.
Bring back manufacturing.
Bring back jobs.
Strengthen the economy.
Defend the second amendment.
Defend religious freedom.
Appoint constitutional conservative judges.
Rebuild our military.
Bomb the shit out of ISIS (and take their oil).

End political correctness.
Take the GOP head-on.
Take the media head-on.
Take the liberals head-on.
And win, baby, win.

All of the above on a shoestring budget compared to most of the 16 competitors he’s defeated (after they spent 100's of millions of donor bucks).

No PACs.
No big donors.
No party support.

What’s democrat about any of the above?
What’s not conservative?
What’s not to like?

And I’ll add a few more:

Redo the horrid Iran deal.
Take a serious look at NATO.
Require our allies to pay more for their defense.

Rebuild the Reagan Coalition and attract blue collar workers by making America first again on manufacturing, trade, secure borders, economy and jobs, jobs, jobs!

Make America Great Again!

bye bye

Cruz has jumped the shark. He is a sitting senator and is bragging about winning primaries where no one actually votes.

If the Cruz campaign colluded with the local RNC officials in either CO or WY, he may have broken a federal law.

CO RNC tweeted, We did it! Never Trump. That is called disenfranchisement and is against federal law.

And if Cruz campaign has colluded with RNC to keep Trump delegates out then they broke federal campaign laws. Again a sitting senator bragging that people didn't get to vote in states he is not a resident. Cruz doesn't live in CO or WY and yet he is going out of his way to shut down Trump supporters, private citizens who attempted to become delegates. Never mind that the optics surrounding a sitting Senator who is against an actual vote from the citizens is a huge negative for Cruz which is why his numbers will continue to decline.

When they posted the Nevertrump Twitter remark on their website, they violated the 15th Amendment of the Constitution and The voting rights act of 1965 by singling out a specific group voters and denying their right to vote!! Colorado voters and delegates who were disenfranchised have standing against the RNC party and should ask for a REAL Primary as the remedey!!! If the judges are corrupt you can try to file an International Tort claim against her and the party to bankrupt them forever.

Wonder how much the Cruz team colluded with the Colorado RNC? Hmmm, if the collusion can be documented, they may have broken the law. Cruz team is so swift to disenfranchise voters all over the country.

NEVER, never has a previous candidate who is not the front runner sought to circumvent the will of the people in neighborhoods all over our nation, in an effort to shut down their vote. Has never happened because most candidates and their campaigns would be embarrassed to be disenfranchising voters from places they do not even live let alone their own precincts. It's like the Cruz thugs move into areas already voted on and won by Trump and bribe local officials to keep Trump supporters off the delegate list. It's called collusion and against the law.

What else you got? Cruz campaign may have broken federal election law. Sitting Senator so desperate that he disenfranchised Trump voters. Pathetic and Desperate.

Those are the reasons why I now lean more to Trump. Still like Cruz too, but like him less every time he lies about Trump’s stated position on any of the above. Also, Cruz has no realistic chance of winning the nomination by vote, so he’s now partnering up with the enemy traitors (the GOPe) to try to steal it at the convention. If Cruz can steal it from the guy who won the most votes, the most delegates and the most states, there’s nothing stopping the GOP bosses (the guys who own and control the party and the convention and make up the rules as they go) from stealing it from Cruz and giving it to one of their own. That makes Cruz an all around loser. And shafts the entire country. He should drop the GOPe and team up with Trump before it’s too late.

Jim, appreciate your reply, although I don’t agree with you entirely. In the old days on FR, we would extend an olive branch to each other about now and agree to disagree and affirm that we are still FRiends. I do miss the old days...

Nothing stopping anyone from accepting olive branches. Every time a user successfully logs in to FR he’s handed one.

By the way, you mentioned a pulled thread. I don’t recall it so please post a link. I’m getting old and senile and need to refresh my memory.

2,500+ words, before seven-something in the morning, on a Sunday. Nobody ever accused Trump supporters of not being all-in for Trump.

LOL. I understand your point, but I wrote most of it last night and just finished it up this morning.

I don’t subscribe to media interpretation. I just read the own man’s words. Try it, sometime. You might find something enlightening.

You are the one that referred to Trump politically as a weather vane. I corrected you that is not true because Trump has NEVER been a politician. Everything he has done in the past has been as a businessman. It is a huge difference.

It's the enemedia that has combined the two to mean as political and you are the one that is parroting that here so don't pretend like you don't subscribe to the media interpretation.

Oh, ok. I see. That wasn’t me telling anyone to shove anything. It was a vanity post by someone else. I posted my position on it, but then pulled the thread later as not being particularly conducive to constructive debate.

Remember Tom Tracredo and how he gathered 90 Republican votes in the House? And he did it with George W. Bush a pseudo conservative along with Karl Rove fighting him every step of the way. There are still good people in the House and Senate but they have been disempowered and demoralized. Trump will round them up and form a real conservative caucas. Trump will do what Ronald Reagan did he will go over the politicians heads—to their bosses the people and the politicians will do poo poo in their pants.

Cruz gives good lip service but what has he accomplished so far as senator from Texas? Other than run for president.

The American people are tired of politicians using public office as a stepping stone to higher office. All Obama ever did was run for a higher office and once he finally got there, he didn't know what to do because he never had to actually do anything before. So he golfed and took vacation. Which is probably a good thing considering what he could have done. But what happened to this country while Obama fiddled is bad enough.

Both Cruz and Shrillary are career politicians who actually never accomplished anything except run for higher office. Now Cruz, he definitely says the right things when it comes to being a conservative. But it would be nice for him to back up what he says with a record of accomplishment.

I don't think Trump wants the presidency so he can vacation and golf. With $9 billion or whatever he has, he can do that now and for the rest of his life.

OK, Jim. Now who’s the old and senile one? Yup, that’s me, not you, FRiend. I ASSumed by the title! Thanks for clarifying that for me, as I was confused!

Although we don’t agree, God knows who is right for this position at this time and He will bless the right one. We need to do our best and trust Him. :-)

Cruz is the only candidate to defeat Trump so regularly in various locations throughout the nation.

Really? That makes your top 10 list regarding Cruz's biggest achievements of his career? That really is scraping the bottom of the barrel.
