Reality Check has already shown how “Neutral” Conservative News Websites Breitbart and The Daily Wire are actually fronts for the Ted Cruz Campaign. In our article “The $25 Million Dollar Trump Take Down” we clearly show that the owners of those sites donated over $25 Million Dollars to the Cruz Campaign and then use their websites to promote him. But is Talk Radio also on the take? Reality Check dug into Cruz FEC Filings and discovered the Cruz PACs paid a Talk Radio Insider over $8 Million Dollars, and the endorsements of Glenn Beck, Mark Levin and others quickly came in.
The FCC regulates the nation’s TV and Radio Stations because the signals they use are owned by the public. This is why you cannot use certain words on the radio, stations must have licenses, keep a public records file and make it available, etc.
One FCC rule is 47 U.S. Code § 317 or the Payola Rule. Simply put, Radio/TV Stations and their employees are not allowed to take money to put content in their programming, mention items, talk about candidates, etc. unless that sponsorship is disclosed.
In other words, if a Talk Show host like Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Hugh Hewitt or others was paid money by a campaign to talk glowingly, defend or endorse a candidate, and not disclose that they were paid on-air to the audience, or the radio stations they are broadcast on, they’d be in violation of the law. The station could lose it’s license and the host could be jailed and fined.

I stopped listening to Rush a while back, couldn’t figure out what happened to him, well I know now, he’s over with me, Levin is an idiot, they should have their programs pulled, as to why I read yesterday that Hermain Cain will be replacing Beck on several stations...

I despise Rush, Levin, Beck, and the other yappers because from 2008 onward that ignored Obama’s eligibility, fake social security number, failure to pass e-verify, faked birth documents, non-attendance on the Columbia University campus, etc.
This current story may or may not be true, but that they ignored Obama’s eligibility is true. I will never trust any of them again.
If and when true tyranny comes to this nation Rush, Levin, Beck and the other yappers will sell their talents to the fascist oligarchy. They will lick the boots crushing our necks. Bet on it.
Really, where was it going to go? Let’s just say it was true, that every conservative on the planet knew and had proof? Charges of racism, high-tech lynching, riots all over the country? And how would media have played it when people were dying in the streets, who would have been blamed? We need to face it, Obama is bullet proof.

My brother-in-law’s neighbor said his barber told him that one of his clients recently saw on the Internet that a rumor about a “menage a trois” in 2014 among Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck and Mark Levin was making the rounds on an identitarian website in Luxembourg.
This tryst was reportedly financed by Goldman-Sachs, the EU, the IMF and the Rothschild organization. But National Enquirer has refused to carry the story. Therefore, NE is obviously being paid off by the same dark powers that finance Cruz, Levin, Beck, Limbaugh and the rest of ‘em.
The left has wanted to control all the media for generations.
Now they have a club to beat up and (possibly) jail a few conservative hosts, AND smear the reputations of the rest with guilt by association.

Cruz is NOT a “globalist” ..rather he took ‘a landmark case ‘to the Supreme Court arguing for state rights taking precedence over the world court. He won.....
Research Medellin v Texas for an example of just how foolish it is to even insinuate Cruz is a globalist...and quite listening to Trump is a good place to start.
