GA is one of many states with conventions and caucuses galore. Those who show up win... of course, it helps to prepare to win.

I believe GA delegates are bound to vote for the candidate to which they are pledged for the first two ballots. After that, it is a matter of networking and lobbying other delegates. That system worked well and got us Abe Lincoln and other outstanding Presidents. There is no reason to think it will not work this time
