Radio host Glenn Beck told his audience last month that Ted Cruz was anointed for this time.
Beck also brought a fasting child on stage in Utah and declared, This is the priesthood rising.
On his television program last week, Beck told his studio audience that he sent an encouraging note to Ted Cruz a couple weeks back because nobody knows what it is like to carry the Moses-like burden that Cruz bears. Transcript via RWW:
Imagine being in a position to where you believe it, you believe the country is at the end, you believe that God is telling you, Step up to the plate. You believe that you, just like Moses, may be slow in speech and not the perfect guy, but you know if you get in there, you can actually do something and youve tried to stay loyal. Do you know what that life is like for two years of tearing yourself apart, of please Lord, just tell me, just tell me, just tell me, Ill do it, just tell me. And the burden of I blew it? Oh my gosh, I dont want to be them.
Wow!
“In that picture Cruz looks like someone the Mafia would send out to collect gambling debts.”
Nah! He just looks creepily gay......
And no more from Redstate, national review, politico, salon et al - how many more anti-Trump sites can you guys find??
As for the subject of THIS thread - if you guys buy into this tripe, I honestly feel sorry for you. That right there is some really twisted crap. Moses?? Really??
And Teddy the cheatin’ fraud, embraces this idiocy?
He’s making a fool out of himself by being wrapped in this garbage. Go out talk to people, THIS is a huge turn off.
If you'd post what YOU found; then I nwould learn something faster.
Then a public scolding of me might do a little more good.
And he lets kids check it out!

Did GOD tell you this?
You'd be mixed up; too; if you try to live by Mormon Scripture!
D&C 49:18-19 18 And whoso forbiddeth to abstain from meats, that man should not eat the same, is not ordained of God; |
|
D&C 89:12-13
12 Yea, flesh also of beasts and of the fowls of the air, I, the Lord, have ordained for the use of man with thanksgiving; nevertheless they are to be used sparingly; |
So Glenn Beck didn’t say any of this??
Coo. Coo. Bird.
I have that same sense of unease that he will find it all too cozy to make deals with both the establishment and the liberals. He used to be cozy with them, and I don't see any reason why he wouldn't want to get cozy with them again, once he wraps up this small matter of winning the election.
I would like to be wrong and I will walk the walk of shame here on FR a year after he is sworn in as POTUS should he keep at least his border fence and illegal immigrant promise.
I believe Trump will do some of the things he says he will do, and I believe he will do some good things. The only question in my mind is whether or not he will do enough good things to outweigh the potential bad things he might do. (Like trying to repair Obamacare, or to replace it with some other form of government ran healthcare.)
But Border control and stopping immigration would be some good things that I expect him to do.
Then why is it every time I see a really far out kooky headline, it seems to have "Sundance" or "Gateway Pundit" listed as the source?
Why haven't I noticed these other sources saying kooky things? And what sort of kooky things have they been saying?
Thank God for Sundance and Gateway Pudit Jim Hoft.
I'll just be glad when both of them get back to normal. They are currently leaving me with the impression that they are hysterical.
Who cares what Glenn Beck said? That's my point! Anyone focusing on what Glenn Beck says would appear to have a screw loose.
So Ted Cruz has a screw loose?
But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them. - Numbers 20:9-12
Hahaha!
Again, hang out on Twitter. Guy Benson, Jim Geraghty, Charles Cooke, Jonah Goldberg are ten times whackier than Sundance or Hoft.
You can positively feel the froth coming out of the posts. They are popping veins because of their impotence at stopping Trump.
I love it.
I don't tweet, or twit, or whatever the H3ll you call it. Jonah Goldberg is the only name I even recognize.
I don't read those fellows, except occasionally Jonah Goldberg, but I used to read Jim Hoft and Sundance. Now I don't read them anymore either.

I must say, that is one of the things I very much like about Trump. He makes all sorts of the right people nearly apoplectic!
The way I figure it, if you aren't making the right people mad, you aren't going to be very useful or effective.
Beck needs to go back on his meds.
