Fox News host Bill O'Reilly's startling assertion that "many blacks" can't get jobs because they're "ill-educated and have tattoos on their foreheads" has ignited a firestorm and prompted a challenge to debate black journalist Roland Martin.
GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump, appearing on the "O'Reilly Factor" Monday night, was answering how he'd dispel the perceptions of him as racist in the black community when O'Reilly made the remark.
"If you look at President Obama, hes been a president for almost eight years, it will be eight years, you have with black youth, with African American youth, you have a 59 percent unemployment," Trump said.
"But how are you going to get jobs for them?" OReilly pressed.
"Many of them are ill-educated and have tattoos on their foreheads, and I hate to generalize, but its true. If you look at all the educational statistics, how are you going to get jobs for people who arent qualified for jobs?"

Who wants to hire a dreadlocks, underwear-showing, tattooed fool who looks that way as a badge of honor?
Or who know more about black rappers than the names of who is in Congress.
The US Gov’t.
“2 + 2 = 4”
“That’s a stereotype you racist SOB!”
I heard that comment from O’Reily and figured it would blow up. Pretty funny.... He forgot that they sometimes “look like they fell in a tackle box”.
Yeah, that’s the only Roland Martin that popped in my head.
Don't forget the dank marijuana smell that surrounds them either.
You forgot a parameter or two.
Gold tewff display and the foreign language of ghetto ebonics.
Weird or gross body modification tells me the person has psychological problems. I'm not talking about one or two modest tattoos. But some people look like freaks. If they want to look that way, that's their business. But I don't want a person who looks like zombie facing my customers.
Or their diction/lack thereof. Or their insistence on not being dissed by being asked to actually do WORK. And so on.....
At least BOR didn’t say the arrived to the interview on CP time.
“With my New York brim and my gold tewff displayed
Nobody give me trouble cuz they know I got it made.
Yes I’m bad...and nationwide.”
For the last forty years youth have not been taught the first rule of looking for a job.
FIRST impressions matter!
lol....Ah, good. Great minds think alike.
IN this area it’s different. The blacks I run into and talk with are respectable, well dressed and articulate.
It’s the white kids who are tatted, dirty clothes, meth addled and nasty. Not all of them but a good percentage. Also we seem to have a lot of Orleans transplants. They’re easy to spot, smell, by dress and speech.
Unfortunately it’s the environment that they grow up in. At a certain age they become untrainable and become Feral children. (actually they have been trained to live on the dole system and avoid a white mans education) It’s virtually impossible to retrain an animal to say nothing of humans.
Wow. Of all things to get your exposed underwear all bundled up over.
look like they fell in a tackle box,
Actually
Look like they fell face first into a tackle box
In most respects it’s more a class issue than a racial issue: blacks or whites with bizarre (to most mainstream ears) names, tattoos, odd hairdos, and extreme dress are simply not going to be hired.
Especially at $15/hr
