In all fairness to Rush Limbaugh yes he said that, but keep in mind the poor man is dizzy from constantly talking out of both sides of his mouth.

On the bright side, I believe Limbaugh is going to lose as many as 4 million listeners, so his 70 million a year could drop by 20 million. This won’t help him get his NFL franchise, which may be all he cares about anymore.
