In all fairness to Rush Limbaugh yes he said that, but keep in mind the poor man is dizzy from constantly talking out of both sides of his mouth.
I’m sure he can explain himself by wasting an hour discussing how he is friends with every single rich and powerful person involved in this, they are his golf buddies, constant dinner companions and so forth.
