A judge in New Jersey has ruled that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is indeed a natural-born citizen and is therefore eligible to be on the New Jersey ballot. Cruz, who was born in Calgary while his father was working there, is an American citizen via his mother's American citizenship.

Surprise, surprise...Cruz is 100% successful over the NUISANCE suits questioning his constitutional eligibility for the Presidentcy.
These rulings mean nothing. If Cruz is nominated or selected as VP, I guarantee you Obama’s DOJ or Clinton’s operatives will nuke Rafael over this issue.
So it doesn’t matter where Obama was born, or John McCain? It only matters that at least one of their parents was a US citizen?
Which is why he never got worked up over all this birther foolishness - he knew how these things were going to go. He just lets his lawyer deal with that, and he deals with cleaning Trump's clock on the delegate selection process.

It would be up to the individual state Secretaries of State to accept or reject it, which of course would be appealed. Supreme Court might well hear an emergency appeal.

Actually do have Jurisdiction once its Federal. Don’t be surprised if Cruz does not get deported as an illegal in October.

Truth be told no court will rule on this. Unless it goes before Judge Roberts supreme court.
It's still the primaries. Wait until Cruz is nominated.
