Cruz on Paxton.
It’s Ted Goldman Sachs Cruz for the lose.
Shall we start discussing Trump, Hillary or Obama’s pals?
Conservative politics in America is increasingly being criminalized by government.
The IRS does this, the Attorney general of the US does this, various state prosecutors offices including those in Texas.
People who on this board enjoy lying about how Cruz is a liar are playing along with an intellectual culture that will continue to escalate this to a practice where more and more conservatives will literally go to jail for being conservative in public.
Austin tried to do that with Rick Perry. The case was only dismissed once Perry withdrew from the Presidential race.
That is the point of the ongoing threat to sue Cruz for “not being a citizen.”
Hillary Clinton and DeBlasio can literally mock black people in public for negative stereotypes and there is no backlash or mediated punishment.
Conservatives are punished. Be careful what seed you are sowing here at FR.
The whirlwind is coming.
And Trump’s golfing buddy, Bill Clinton was credibly accused of rape.
The charges against Paxton are PURELY political, and he will be exonerated, IMO.
These are the same corrupt people who indicted Governor Perry for, of all things, VETOING A BILL.
This sort of article is neither relevant nor helpful.
Cruz has friends and associates who have been charged with crimes. Trump has friends and associates who have been charged with crimes. I am not going to hold that against either one of them.
Who benefits from the Trump-Cruz wars? Hillary, Bernie, Jeb, Rubio, Kasich, and others who consistently support Amnesty, who consistently support Obamacare, and who consistently support restrictions on our individual, God-given right to keep and bear arms. Decent Americans are better off with a real truce, and not just a “I’ll stop when every person who even pretends to support the other side stops” gesture toward a truce that will never happen.
The “Lying Ted” and “Whining Trump” nonsense is not helping us to elect the best possible conservative in November. I want 99% or more of Cruz supporters to vote Trump, when he is nominated, even if they hold their noses. In the event that Cruz wins the nomination, I want 99% or more of Trump supporters to vote Cruz, even if they hold their noses. Offending the other side does not encourage them to vote Trump (or Cruz) in November. I cannot help wondering how many of those who stir up the Trump-Cruz wars are actually paid trolls taking Jeb/Hillary/Soros money to cause trouble - not all of them but probably enough to set the toxic tone.
I stand by my recurring statement:
Cruz and Trump agree far more than 80% of the time (see my tagline from Ronald Reagan). They should be friends and allies, and we should treat both of them as such.
This smells like part of the Obama administration’s ongoing witch hunt against Texas. Sadly, there are enough lefties here now that they might be piling on.
Trumpsters, don’t touch this with a ten foot pool.
Cruzers, here is an opportunity for Cruz to show some spine. If this is a witch hunt, back your guy. (In the unlikely event it isn’t, Cruz should distance himself ASAP.)
Wow, “The Horn News.”
Never heard of that Trump toady before.
Guess it can join Gateway Pundit, Conservative Tree House and Fox News in Duh Donald’s back pocket.
stop the presses- a childhood friend of Cruz’s once called someone a foul name back in 1978
This is from the same place that brought bogus charges against Tom Delay, Kay Bailey Hutchison, and Rick Perry.
You are being dishonest of you are trying to smear Cruz with some guilt by association here.
You do know that Trump does not use email because so many of his friends are in jail - getting caught through emails?
If Obama’s Securities Department is anything like Obama’s Justice Department, I’ll wait for a second opinion. Tom Delay probably agrees with me.
WOW. I have a “pal”, a couple actually, who are in the slammer for selling drugs. I MUST be connected somehow!
How many of Trumps friends have served jail time?
