Sources say over 23,000 people requested tickets to the event
As of 2:20, a long line of supporters was still lined up at the Rochester Tech Park, waiting to be shuttled to the main event site.
Political Activist Carl Paladino took to the stage at 2:30 to talk about why he supports Trump.
Pastor Mark Burns took the stage after Paladino. He rallied the crowd, getting them to chant "lying Ted" and booing at the "liberal media" in the room.
Trump supporters were turned away when the event reached capacity. They lined up outside of the event and exchanged chants back and forth with protesters across the street. Police are on scene outside monitoring the event and keeping the peace.
After taking the stage Donald Trump says "If I get elected, Rochester is going to boom again. The whole country is going to boom again." He added on that "the American Dream is dead, but I'm going to make it bigger and better than ever," receiving lots of applause and cheers.

The American people are realizing that Ted Cruz is nothing more then a shyster, playing in the shadows, cheating & stealing the intent of millions of American voters with his smoke filled “back room” dirty tactics. The Hillary Clinton campaign is doing the same exact game with the Bernie Sanders voters. The “Big Brother, Animal Farm” mantra is thriving well in the Republican & Democrat Establishments, as well as in the Cruz & Clinton camps!!! These people need to be stopped right now!!!

maybe watch the video of last weeks rally and get the truth instead of ass-u-ming? You know media misquotes often. Trump did not lead it.

Cruz lies about Trump every day. I used to like him, now it just creeps me out to look at him or hear his voice.
If they aren’t “delegates” they don’t count. Tell all 23,000 to pound sand like the GOP does.

Trump’s in a very strong position. If he doesn’t win outright, he has 3 paths to get what he needs. He can deal with Rubio or with Kasich and then there will be uncommitted’ she can wrangle. Ted’s in a bad position. He will be short enough delegates whereby he can’t satisfy the 1237 with just Rubio or Kasich and they can’t both be VP. Trump is clearly in the driver’s seat with this thing.

Isn’t it the job of our religious leaders to call us out for our sins? Maybe the good pastor is disgusted that Lyin’ Ted is a religious fraud who lies left and right and uses the Bible to do it. Kudos to the pastor.
I’m very jealous you have tickets :) I’m in North PA, I’m hoping Trump has a rally in my area sometime in the next weeks. I’d like to attend at least one of his rallies, never even thought about going to a political event before Trump.
