Exit polling from the Wisconsin primary shed some light on which of the three remaining GOP candidates might have the best chance of uniting the Republican party going into November. Voters were asked about their "feelings" if Donald Trump, John Kasich, or Ted Cruz were elected as president.
In response, 41 percent said they would be "excited" or "optimistic" if Trump were elected, while 58 percent said they would be "concerned" or "scared"for a net score of minus-17 points (41 percent excited/optimistic to 58 percent concerned/scared).
-snip-
Finally, 60 percent said they would be "excited" or "optimistic" if Cruz were elected, while 37 percent said they would be "concerned" or "scared"for a net score of +23 points.
That is a 40-point swing from Trump to Cruz

ROTFLMAO! Cruz is a despicable liar and so is this exit poll.
As the old saying goes, nobody every went broke underestimating the intelligence of people.
So the people that voted for Cruz in WI prefer him to be President. Stay Tuned to the Weakly Standard for more shocking updates!
Unfortunately for Cruz but good for the rest of us, the south didn’t agree with Wisconsin and Utah, Oklahoma and Texas sorta agree. The rest of the country not feeling it.
weekly standard , national review
sigh
Hey, that’s what Romney, Ryan, Walker, the Chamber of Commerce, and local radio told them. Who could disagree with that?
The same people who gave U.S. romney...and mcain....are against TRUMP....
and they are using Cruz to do it this time.
Invested in U.S. they are not imo
A poll of who Republican prefer ... from a deep blue state ... why do you post this drivel?

Spit......
As many reservations as I have about The Donald, one thing stands out. His willingness to broach issues that have gone untouched and unsaid for over a decade. Trump is simply not a Government centric person while Cruz is.
This saying is epitomized by the Trump suckers, er, I mean supporters.
“As the old saying goes, nobody every went broke underestimating the intelligence of people.”
And P.T. Barnum said, “there’s a sucker born every minute.”
And all of them are Trump supporters.
I agree with that exit poll. I would be proud and excited for the future of our country if Cruz were elected.
I would be quite nervous if Trump were elected. Fortunately, Trump has assured that won’t happen.

Lol.Exit poll of mosque: which religion do you prefer? Islam or Christianity?
Much as Cruzers would like to think differently, Wisconsin is not the epicenter of the U.S. It's one state, progressive and 100% GOP. Hardly a representative sample.
Exit Polling from Wisconsin, means nothing.
It is an outlier.
It will be like taking exit polling after the N.Y. Primary in less than 2 weeks, Cruz will have all negatives vs. Trump.
I live in the deep South.
I have >< <==== that much in common with those voters in Wisconsin!
LOLOLOL.
You’re right.
And I’ve agreed with those RINOS how many times?
I agree with your posts. Sad, but true.
