They sure are in overdrive with that meme. Think the voters are thinking about that or care?

Damn You Ted Cruz!!
To: maggief
The truth is finally spoken.
Cruz will be blamed in the end for the establishment win.
Nothing to be proud of unless you are one of them.

The establishment has to pick one of the two.
If they'd picked Trump his amen corner would be claiming " Donald own3s the GOPe".

Hurt on the Special Report panel yesterday talking about some of this stuff. Krautahmmer pointed out that Trump did astounded well in WI considering the amount of attacks leveled against him. His percentage essentially unchanged indicating once again the millions spent against Trump did little to nothing.
To: maggief
Bullcrap, Ted Cruz (with Donald Trump) has SUBJUGATED the establishment in the primaries. Now Cruz & Trump are locked in a struggle to determine who can move on to VANGUISH the ‘RATS in November.
If anyone believes the GOPe is pulling the strings, they are completely wrong.

Trump and Cruz could have had it all and pleased most of the country's electorate had they not s..t in their own nests. The GOPe will more than likely knife Cruz the Constitutionalist in the back in favor of Kasich who will keep the status quo should he be elected POTUS, however, should he lose to Hillary, that is also fine as Hillary will also keep the status quo.

Yep, Ted Cruz is the Republican Party’s useful idiot, and his supporters fail to see the truth.
To: maggief
OR, the GOPEstablishment has become Cruz’s lapdog. It is the GOPe that has been forced to fall in line with the TEA party to defend the right-wing from a liberal wolf in conservative sheep’s clothing.

I understand that Trump just went establishment by hiring lobbyists to manage his operation in New York.
It looks like the establishment/wall street lobbyists are going to be in charge no matter who is elected.

I am certain that there are a number of GOPe types on this site playing up the havoc. I'm fine with either Trump or Cruz, but I am convinced there are those here tacitly, if not explicitly, supporting the GOPe efforts to disenfranchise the electorate.
Jim R. is a better man than I to tolerate some of the bullpucky that's going on lately.

Cruz will never be president (*one exception) you can take that to the bank
(* the one exception is if he does what the establishment tells him...if he does not .... he will ruled a non natural born citizen in the Supreme Court..... his Canadian birth is this Achilles heel that allows the DC establishment Republicans and Democrats to blackmail him or they pulled the plug on him any time he doesn’t serve their purposes.... if and only if he serves there purposes they don’t pull the plug..... he’s the establishment’s little punk ass b**** boy)

So when trump brags about meetings with Rinse Piehole, and how he used to be establishment and how he can work with the Republican establishment because he knows politicians and how it works, and how Cruz doesn’t get along with anybody because nobody likes him. We cheer. But when all of a sudden Cruz is actually the one getting Republicans from every corner of the ideological spectrum to support him, well he’s establishment now.
