It’s all Indiana’s fault. Interestingly enough, no city in the state that liberals blame for all the guns in Chicago doesn’t have the astronomical homicide rate that Chicago does. Apparently, the number of guns in an area is not the problem.

Looks like the cops have given up on proactive policing or anything else that could results in them being tomorrow’s whipping boy for the media. This was a very forseeable consequence of Ferguson and Baltimore.

Obama has been granting clemency to a record number of thugs in jail and releasing them back onto the streets. Couple that with blacks angry when police actually arrest the criminals that are praying on them.. and you get this result.
