Rahm Emmanuel is a good Democrat. Democrats have run Chicago for generations. How will they blame this violence on Republicans or cutbacks to social programs????
It’s all Indiana’s fault. Interestingly enough, no city in the state that liberals blame for all the guns in Chicago doesn’t have the astronomical homicide rate that Chicago does. Apparently, the number of guns in an area is not the problem.
