"When you take a good look at everything newly known about Cruz, there’s a darn good reason to believe “constitutional Cruz” was a fabricated construct."

The amount of money Washington DC is spending to attack Donald Trump and support Senator Ted Cruz is astounding.

They’re not even trying to hide the money flow much any more.

We previously shared how Mitch McConnell’s attorney, Eric Lycan was heading a PAC called “Stand For Truth”. That PAC was spending money attacking Donald Trump and Supporting Ted Cruz in Jan/Feb, in Iowa and on National Radio Shows – SEE HERE

Well if they want to flush money down the toilet, send it to Cruz.

Any money thrown at Cruz is simply to get a contested convention. Cruz won't get anything, but maybe VP.

Trump will surely be out in all ways.

It is to keep the RINOs as the power brokers.

On my. Why is McConnell’s PAC’s sending money to Cruz?

We all know why, although many here won’t admit it.

"When you take a good look at everything old about Trump, there’s a darn good reason to know “Republican Conservative” is a totally fabricated construct."

Click the link to hear the total opposite of what Trump now says he stands for.

...no spin, no analysis, just Donald Trump in his own words.

"Eric Lycan, a member of the Republican National Lawyers Association and former counsel to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s reelection campaign, is the super PAC’s attorney. He confirmed to CNN that Josh Robinson is the “main hand behind the super PAC” and Hal Lambert is another “leading force behind the group.”"

"Robinson is a former political director for the Republican Governors Association and the co-founder of political and media strategy firm RedPrint Strategy."

"Lambert, who stepped down as Texas GOP finance chairman in early 2015 to join Cruz’s presidential campaign as its finance co-chair, is the founder of investment firm Bridge Point Capital. Lambert had previously contributed to Cruz’s 2012 Senate campaign, and he and his wife, Elaine, were early donors to Cruz’s presidential campaign."

"...there’s a darn good reason to believe “constitutional Cruz” was a fabricated construct."

I think the simpler explanation is that the McConnell wing of the Senate wants to see an embarrassed and humiliated Cruz, someone who was riding high during the campaign on a message of thwarting McConnell, only to have Mcconnell cronies pull it out from under him in the end and give the nomination to an establishment insider.

Then McConnell can ostracize a humbled returning Cruz, and hopefully (to them) marginalize him to the point of driving him out of the Senate. McConnell lives for games like that.

An important message from campaign headquarters!

"Keep calm and tighten the blinders!"

"All is well! All is well!"

"Yes, Ted! Blinders tightened! All is well! All is well!"

At least you are not denying that Cruz has been a GOP establishment insider hack for the last 20 years. His wife also. I suspect that the whole “principled conservative” act is something Ted Bush came up with around 2010 because he is too ambitious to wait his turn in the GOPe like everybody else.

Are you kidding, Mitch McConnell heads a PAC called “Stand for Truth?” Ahhh, The ole DC 180 degree ploy; say it, accuse others of it while it is exactly what the one who is complaining about the dishonesty and the unfairness is doing exactly what they claim of others. Obviously the Clintons have left their slime all over DC.

That’s the conclusion I have come to, the last shred of doubt was removed when the Bush team joined his team.

And are we really to believe that an outsider (HA!) could possibly put together such an elaborate ground game?

Yes ... Ted and his wife have been put into place for just such a time as this. IMO, they were not placed there by God, they are placed there by the Establishment.
