Kasich won't say who should be punished for abortions

(CNN)Ohio Gov. John Kasich wants abortion outlawed -- but he wouldn't say Sunday who should be punished for the procedure.

In the wake of Donald Trump's controversial remark that women who undergo abortions should face punishment -- which Trump quickly reversed -- Kasich wouldn't call for penalties for anyone involved in the process.

Let's be honest - Trump's honesty exposed the fact that the GOPe lies about its pro life position in that it only pretends to be against abortion. The GOPe uses the pro-life vote the same way the Dems use the black vote - promise them a lot and then ignore them.

Accept for God's own judgment, "who to punish" is a trick gotcha question as the USSC has determined that abortion is a legal right. No executive order, no legislation can change that. Only a new amendment to the Constitution could make abortion illegal,

This is the answer Trump should have given to the loaded abortion question about who would be punished if abortion was made illegal:

“Well, right now the only ones being punished are the innocent babies who are killed while still in the womb or as they emerge.”

They conveniently leave out the part of the question that stated: “if abortion was illegal...”. Trump was implying lawbreakers should be punished. That is all. Nothing to walk back.
