Speaking on behalf of Donald Trump, Sarah Palin gave a speech last night to a Wisconsin Republican audience. Standing firmly on a platform of truth, Palin warned the mostly party (establishment) audience their decision to stand with deception in order to win an election also means placing themselves in a very precarious position.
The response from the audience to Sarahs brutal honesty was whats customarily known as the collective nervousness of deceivers.
Whenever anyone dares to tell the collective: the emperor stands naked; theres a particular kind of autonomic group nervousness immediately evident. A group discomfort.
Such was the discomfort when Sarah Palin mentioned Senator Ted Cruzs weak and opportunistic immigration position, and then contrast a real-life example of Cruz going to McAllen Texas (Saturday, July 19th 2014) to hand out gift baskets and welcome illegal alien families.
You could hear a pin-drop as an entire audience sat jaw-agape in disbelief.
So Sarah Palin brings some BIG TRUTH to those GOP insiders who gathered in Wisconsin; and, if we are to give benefit-of-the-doubt to those who heard it, apparently its the first time they became aware of Senator Cruzs forked tongue on an issue. Hence, a gob smacked response.
Palin also pointed out another lie, when she reminded everyone that Senator Cruz never stopped the senate Gang-of-Eight amnesty bill. Despite Lyin Ted claiming on the campaign trail that he killed the bill, the reality is that bill passed the Senate in 2013, and it would have passed the House were it not for Dave Brats primary defeat of Eric Cantor in June of 2014 shortly before Sentor Cruz took off to the border with his gift baskets.
But Sarah didnt stop there. She also fearlessly told the audience that Senator Ted Cruz was also lying about another policy aspect, his advocacy for the Trans-Pacific Trade Deal. And, more specifically, to the Trade Promotion Authority bill Senator Ted Cruz co-authored, co-planned and co-constructed, along with Paul Ryan in the House of Representatives. Again, Sarah was loaded with the truth.
The Republican disbelievers didnt want to hear about that inconvenient reality either. Then again, when you stand boldly in sunlight the cockroaches never approach; they can only comfortably co-exist when they remain cloistered in the dark shadows of deception.
The medias response to Palins speech? Well, initially (and immediately) they began accusing her of lying about the gift baskets. Then, after they realized everything she was saying was factual, they started spinning. Eventually, they dropped the subject and thats probably how it will remain today.
Its easier to hide those uncomfortable truths that way. Well, at least until after the Tuesday election I guess.
Heres Sarahs bold and truthful speech:
doesn’t matter how many facts you point out, and the fact Sarah pointed out about giving gifts to illegals as they will just ignore it and repeat the establishments talking points.
The speech is not typical Sarah Palin, though.
She normally is a “rally the troops, attack the infidels” type speaker.
This is thoughtful, deep, analytical. I was truly impressed.
Yeah, u supported him too. But when Silverado Bush signed on—that was it for any hopes u had for Cruz
Sarah Palin’s love for this country, and her good intentions for this country are unquestioned.
And she’s very smart, but I also think she’s inspired.
Kasich is a liberal, but he doe snot hide it where as cruz is part of the establishment. He worked for bush back in TX, he only became an American two years ago, and he can’t even answer simple questions just like all the other ivy league Harvard lawyers.
From now on any time the Cruzers pull their usual sh!t, I’ll just refer them to the Sarah Palin speech.
Gotta believe there’s a place for Sarah in the Trump administration.
I’ve posted articles from the Conservative Treehouse many times. Most of them are pretty good. But lately Sundance is SOOO in for Trump that he has lost it. His forum is now heavily edited for any hint of other opinions. I speak from experience. I’ve had 3 non-controversial comments removed.
I’m neither Pro nor Anti Trump. I’m only interested in seeing all traces of Obozo and his minions removed. Whatever that takes.
I will vote for whatever we have to go against the ComDems. I may not like the choice we have, but will not contribute to further destruction of this great nation.
wasting your time. All they ever do when presented with facts is repeat the establishment talking points or just come out with insults and the disappear onto another thread to do it again.
That was an amazing speech.
Immigration, Trade, Security: there’s just one candidate right on those issues, and there’s one candidate whose own voting record shows he has supported screwing America on those issues.

There are videos of his position but be forwarned he does not speak on a 4th grade level.
FAKE! Ted Cruz is a globalist
The FAKE charge of Ted Cruz as a globalist started by Ted Cruzs opponents then-Lt. Governor David Dewhurst and a man named Glenn Addison during the 2011-12 Republican Senatorial primary in Texas.
The charge is not actually with Ted Cruz, but rather with his wife, Heidi Cruz and her role on a controversial task force at the Council on Foreign Relations.
As Jerome Corsi writes in a 2015 article at WND:
some of his [Cruzs] critics are once again confronting him with the issue of his wifes former membership in the Council on Foreign Relations and her role in the crafting of a CFR document espousing North American unity.
Before we continue, watch this short video from way back in 2011.
CFR Vice President Lisa Shields took exception to Cruzs remarks, and blasted then-senatorial candidate Ted Cruz.
As reported at Politico, Shieds lamented:
The candidates assertion that CFR is working to undermine U.S. sovereignty is factually wrong. The accusation is ludicrous
But Ted Cruz is a globalist?
As seasoned Republican political player Dave Nalle wrote at the time in an article called Anatomy of a Smear: Heidi Cruz and the North American Union:
You see, it turns out that according to a whisper campaign coming from Dewhurst or Addison or perhaps direct from the John Birch Society, Ted Cruz wife is one of the architects of the dreaded North American Union. The JBS is the most likely original source in a now-deleted article in the online version of their New American magazine called Faux Neo-Conservatives Defend North American Union.’
[ ]
Heidi Cruz role in all of this was as one of a large panel of readers and her sole identifiable contribution to the project is a one-paragraph response in the final appendix in which she says:
We must emphasize the imperative that economic investment be led and perpetuated by the private sector. There is no force proven like the market for aligning incentives, sourcing capital, and producing results like financial markets and profit-making businesses. This is simply necessary to sustain a higher living standard for the poorest among us truly the measure of our success. As such, investment funds and financing mechanisms should be deemed attractive instruments by those committing the capital and should only be developed in conjunction with market participants.
What does Heidi write for the North American Union report?
Lets repeat:
We must emphasize the imperative that economic investment be led and perpetuated by the PRIVATE SECTOR. There is no force proven like the market for aligning incentives, sourcing capital, and producing results like financial markets and profit-making businesses (emphasis added)
Another instance that this author found of Ted Cruz & globalist goes back in 2012 when Ted Cruz was running for Senator. But Ted Cruz was actually criticizing Agenda 21 as a globalist plan that tries to subvert the U.S. Constitution and the liberties we all cherish as Americans.
At the time, the George Soros-funded ThinkProgress slammed Cruz for pushing a truly ridiculous conspiracy theory, and a Tea Party star was born.
On the globalist charge, Nalle said it best in 2012:
Its all a patchwork of irrational fear and ignorant assumptions with no substance to it whatever
I’m watching at the moment.
I agree that Sundance supports Trump. I’ve not had posts removed from that site, but I’ve not tried to post there that often. I don’t really like the experience on other sites. Slow software, waiting for discus or whatever to alert that there are responses. It’s like having a conversation with yourself.
It is nothing like the excellent experience at Free Republic.
And, I will point out that the only conservative forum that permits supporting any conservative candidate (or republican for the most part) is Free Republic. You can support Trump, Cruz....probably even Kasich, although the crowd of Trump/Cruz supporters would probably give you grief.
But Jim Robinson, his moderators, and Free Republic would accept that provided it wasn’t racist, violent, profane, or a personal attack.
That’s why Free Republic and the freep-a-thon should be supported.

Teddy bears and soccer balls for all.
That was literally one of the most cringeworthy speeches I have ever watched.
The first applause came 18 minutes into the 20 minute speech.
It was disjointed, incoherent, and felt like she has not taken the time to proof read or prepare for it.
Sarah should be ashamed.
Agree.
It was an excellent, in depth, integritous speech.
And she knew who she was talking to....not Trump supporters.
She acted surprised that they even let her speak.
Just an observation, but I guarantee that if the speech was for cruz then you would say what a great speech.
