I get the feeling that Anonymous may be messing with the wrong guy. There may be ways of finding out his ID. A scene where somewhere in Northern Europe, a quiet suburban neighborhood, whose peace will be interrupted by police sirens. The cops will go down to a basement to find a 20-something, lying on the floor, in a bathrobe, throat slashed, and dead. A “Trump Make America Great Again “ sign on top of him, and a shocked expression on his face. His mouth looking like he was saying something like a word beginning with a “D” or a “T”....

The whole notion of taking down someone you disagree with is so un-democratic to begin with, anyone who goes to such measures is really not interested in the free exchange of political thought.

If people disagree with Trump the only proper response is to get on your soapbox and publish / speak / get out in the media, your ideas. If you make a more compelling case it is up to the voters, in fact it is the voters responsibility, to sort it out.

Shutting down opposing messages, only shows contempt for the voters, it shows you do not trust the citizens to make up their own minds.

The people who want to shut down the marketplace of ideas, in the name of promoting a free exchange of ideas, are a real threat to our form of self government.
