In Pennsylvania.
We have proof.
Did the state Supreme Court define natural born citizen?
Eligible, yes, but expect the imminent arrival of Trumpsters to beat the dead horse.
And 56 other states.
Yes.
Everywhere.
Settled in Pennsylvania; but that doesn’t change the fact that Ted Cruz was, is and will always be a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, in EVERY State and all around the world.
My advice: get used to it. It’s a fact.
From the article:
Commonwealth Court Judge Dan Pellegrini ruled March 11 that common law precedent and statutory history maintain that an eligible candidate includes any person born to an American citizen, regardless of where.Elliott had acknowledged that Cruz's mother was born in the United States and has been a U.S. citizen her whole life.
“Texas U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz has won a case in Pennsylvania’s highest court that had challenged his eligibility to appear on the state’s GOP primary ballot and serve as president.”
How many in a row now?
Trump should be glad he didn’t personally initiate a court challenge. Many people will forget his loose talk about Cruz’s eligibility now that Trump is talking about the possible need to nuke Europe.
According to the article, the court said it "includes any person born to an American citizen, regardless of where."
56 states to go ...
Not under 'original intent'!!!! Real conservatives do not subvert the Constitution.
Should I pull up your prior work against Obama I?
“Eligible.”
Of course he was. The litigants will now petition the court to drag in a dead horse and spend a few weeks looking up it’s arse to see why it died.
Is he eligible? IMHO, NO!
Yeah, sure opens the door to Ahab in the future.
ouch LOL
It wasn’t decided on a technicality. They defined eligible. Sorry.
Next step SCOTUS. Necessary ruling to get it there. Notice. Standing is not questioned and this case decision on merits is something none of the BHO were able to achieve.
It’s from PA in Sam Alito ‘s district. He will help determine Cert.
Trumps sister served with Alito and spoke for his confirmation
