Look, I'm all in for Trump, but you've got to read the stupid Florida law.

For Simple Battery, all that is needed is an unwanted touch and intent. That's it. Period.

If Corey reached out and touched her, and she said she didn't want to be touched then it's 'simple battery' under the letter of Florida law.

Is it ridiculous? You bet! But we've got to knock off this "bogus charge" and "filing a false police report" nonsense.

There are valid defenses to Corey's actions, but I'm not sure there's anyone that can argue that he didn't reach out and touch her, and she says she didn't want to be touched.
