The University of Wisconsin-Madison is in the process of hiring more counselors after students claimed that the university has a problem with microaggressions and racial bias.
Chancellor Rebecca Blank recently announced university plans to accelerate “the hiring of additional student support counseling services … for student mental health issues related to diversity and climate.” She also mentioned plans to have incoming freshmen attend a newly designed “cultural competency” program that aims to rid students of their biases before future transgressions are committed against the university’s social minorities.

When I think that young men and women of their age hit the beaches in France and the Pacific islands to win a world wide war it makes me sick to even imagine what these wusses would do.
I hope the micro aggression councilors are not very big people otherwise the micro aggression victims will feel overwhelmed and being further micro-aggressed against.
Perhaps ‘dwarfs and midgets preferred’ in the want ad for the micro aggression councilors.

I thought “Microaggression” was an island complex in the Pacific.

Great point and yes I think it should also go without saying that none of the councilors should be white or heterosexual or men as that would be just pure energetic abuse and micro aggression. But a gay, dark skinned, male may be acceptable but ONLY if he is soft spoken, agreeable, deeply empathic, extremely small in stature and poor ish. His hair should't be to short and his clothes of neutral tones, and humble in nature.
Sgt. Hartman would leave these little snowflakes needing counseling for the rest of their lives.
