Donald Trump asks on his Twitter account whether he can “press charges” against Michelle Fields, as David Martosko of the Daily Mail prints purported quotes from an anonymous Secret Service agent in Trump’s security detail — claiming Fields was warned she was too close to the billionaire presidential candidate. From the Daily Mail: Republican front-runner Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski has been charged with simple battery for allegedly grabbing a reporter, in a case that may hinge on a Secret Service claim that the journalist first made unwanted physical contact with the billionaire-turned-politician. ‘Victory press conference was over. You are forgiven. Now, if Trump’s campaign manager showed as much class as you just did, this would have been a big nothing. They were the ones that escalated this. He should have apologize and said that he didn’t mean to grab her that hard. That is really all she wanted. She even said so.
They have no one to blame but themselves.
Yeah, Trump doesn't need to worry about any assassination attempts from media---even though one prominent media member told his probably-reasonably-large radio audience that if HE got close to Trump with a knife, he'd stab him to death (and keep stabbing, he said.)

I also imagine there are laws that kick in when a candidate has met the threshold of being assigned SS protection, laws to further protect the candidate and the SS agents. By definition there have been death threats on Trump--that is a criterion, maybe the only criterion, for a candidate being given SS protection.
Protecting candidates is protecting our democratic process. Voters decide elections, not assassins. So everything must be done, no matter how seemingly minor, to protect a candidate whose life has been threatened.
Her getting between SS and the candidate is a crime in and of itself, I'll bet.

This video totally shows Lewandosky close to her upper arm. She could’ve even just been pulling her arm out of his reach but he certainly didn’t put any bruises on her lower arm.

Another tempest in a teapot in a nation filled with thin-skinned ninnies. She got her lil feelings hurt that The Donald ignored her so this is her ‘revenge’. She’s a lil beech drama queen wanting some attention. Take a ticket and get in line honey bun.
Another thing I noted from the video is that it seemed like she was trying to walk in front of Trump slowing his pace. She must believe she has privileges above all the other journalists.
She had no regard for the candidate and should not be allowed to be around the campaign.
Anyone who supports Fields is a liar or ignorant. She’s nothing but a huge troublemaker, an attention whore.
During the “occupy” fracas, she claimed to be assaulted by the NYPD, tha was proven false.
She claimed to be groped and molested by Allen West and that was proven false.
The Lewandowski video proves Fields lied, yet again. She TOUCHED a PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE. Anyone with any brain cells at all knows that you don’t do that. She’s lucky she didn’t get a beatdown from the SS for that. Maybe it would have toughened her up a bit.
I absolutely despise women who become aggressive then, when they are barely touched, start screaming and crying like they are fragile flowers. Fields is anything but fragile.
It’s sickening the sympathy given to this troublemaker. Lara Logan was gang raped while reporting in Egypt, and she didn’t receive any of the attention or sympathy that Fields is getting. Insane.
Also, Fields has a book coming out soon. Timing is just a little too perfect, don’t you think?

The Secret Service did intervene- where an agent moved Fields arm down and away (her forearm) - but it hasn’t been revealed yet in the news. It will be another shoe to drop (1).

Cspan’s Hi-def hi-res video captures the moment where the Secret Service Agent, next to Corey, moved Fields’ forearm down and away from Trump.
This happened when the SS agent saw Fields move in on Trump. Corey and the SS agent reacted together the 1st time. Fields then persisted in pursuing Trump. That is when the 2nd intervention by Corey occurred.
I knew that USSS agents were aware of this incident on their intervention a few weeks back.
Today this fact has been confirmed/revealed through a USSS agent speaking to the Daily Mail (2). However, only the USSS verbal warnings are being revealed. They are still holding back the agent’s physical moving of her arm (forearm).
