How would I be violating the COTUS? I have not seen nor heard, nor do I believe based on my understanding of the COTUS, that Cruz is an unconstitutional candidate.

A fact that he conveniently forgot to mention when he was running for the Senate. I would not have voted for him if i knew that. Cruz was already lying back then.
You missed the obvious difference between Trump and Cruz:
Cruz *lied* while Trump *bragged.*
Say what you want about Trump, he didn't lie about his bedroom conquests.
I hope she doesn't go into the same state of mind she apparently displayed a number of years ago, when that cop found her sitting by the side of the road, and interpreted her actions and mood to be self-destructive.

Well, Cruz (or anybody else) could probably survive "one affair" six years ago.
But there's more to this, even on its face.
First of all, the GF is still in love with him - and he's chosen to allow her to stay close to him. Second of all, not every man with one affair is a sociopath (believe me), but sociopaths have affairs much more commonly and more frequently than normal men.
Third, the NE story identifies two of the five as hookers. Screwing hookers is not "having an affair". And the number is never two.
One, I suppose, is a possibility, but not two. If there's two, there's ten.
And, of course, there's the Christian stuff. Cruz was a legitimate constitutional conservative candidate - maybe he was lying, but at least he told the story well. But once he started the whacked-out Christian BS, then he left himself open to exactly the kind of damage he's suffering now.
It's over. Too bad.
I don’t think for a second that Trump will follow through on a border wall, and I don’t think his weird idea of deporting and then letting back in will get us anywhere.

I know you’re trying to stand up for your candidate by pointing out negatives of the other candidate....BUT.....I would not be spreading rumors about an innocent child.

OPERATIVE: Anyway, that’s been my story all along. And now this happens. So the way this all fit my theory. Three of the five women National Enquirer obfuscated have been outed. Two of them have flatly denied that they had an affair with Cruz. The third still has not. Why not? And she’s still working for Carly Fiorina supposedly getting twenty thousand a month. Plus there’s records of additional payments to her from a Carly PAC totaling about a hundred and sixty thousand last year. And right before that, the Carly for America PAC got half a million from Cruz’s Keeping the Promise PAC.
Yep. This is likely not her first time on Cheaters. For all we know she’s on a plane back to Houston.
