There is little worse than a cadre of hags jealous over another woman’s beauty.
And Trump is about to have a field day with it, earning millions of women’s votes.
Amen, Candor.
I've been thinking about the Melania pic, and I don't think she nor her husband should have any concerns about it. It's very tasteful. And I wonder what sort of 'outrage' similar pictures of the beautiful human form may have caused in the past - things we line up in museums to see today, with no concern that we'll be considered 'prurient'.
Here: A little respite from the arguing (and remember, somebody's wife/husband/daughter posed for all of these):
Michaelangelo's 'David', early 1500s, Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze:
Botticelli's 'Birth of Venus', mid 1400s, Uffizi Gallery, Florence:
Ingres, 'La Grand Odalisque', 1814, Louvre:
Delacroix, 'Female Nude Reclining on a Divan', 1826, Louvre:
I wanted to post one of Andrew Wyeth's 'Helga' paintings; but you can look that up yourselves ;-)
Enjoy,
