No they have not had the same rules for 100 years. These were rules instituted by Mitt Romney four years ago.
Now you have been corrected and have seen you were wrong would you want not retract your false information and admit that it is the establishment which are cheating and trying to change the rules yet again, or will you still be stubborn in your thinking and never admit you were wrong.
