While it is not undeniable evidence that something more than a professional relationship took place between Amanda Carpenter and her former boss, Senator Ted Cruz, the prompt cleaning up of her social media account did not go unnoticed by some and is now leading to yet further speculation as to the potential validity regarding allegations of somewhat recent sexual relations between Mr. Cruz and women outside of his marriage.
This now-deleted tweet is perhaps the most interesting of the bunch:

If Stone is not drawing a paycheck , he ought to be. He's certainly doing a yeoman's job carrying water for Trump. It's pretty hard for me to accept that Stone would be shopping libel unless he was being paid pretty well for it. That's not something one does just for entertainment.
...and that he, Cruz, publicly condemned the Melania ad the instant he saw it/became aware of it.
Yes, I saw Cruz's condemnation myself with my own eyes, and it was a very strong condemnation at that.
By the way, I know that the Melania 'ad' meme is already out there and taken root, but isn't it a stretch to call a Facebook post an 'ad'?

Cruz also deleted all of his tweets prior to 03/01/16. I don’t think anyone reported that.
As for someone saying that she had not deleted her tweets... yes, she deleted everything prior to 03/01/16. They are no longer showing up in her timeline. I believe if you scroll back through her timeline, you’ll see it stops at 03/01/16.
I’m not an internet tech expert, but I believe the reason you’re able to see a specific tweet because you have a specific link to that specific tweet, and it is probably accessible in a cached file on the interwebs. But it is not on her timeline. See for yourself. (And I’m happy to eat crow if I’m wrong, but I’ve scrolled through her timeline three times since yesterday, and I can’t get it to go beyond 03/01/16 any longer. Neither does Cruz’s.)
PS: Unless there is a way that she made them “private” vs. deleting them. I’m not a Twitterer, so I don’t know how it works.
This is what happens whenever a lie is pointed out to Cruz supporters. They rewrite the world to match their agenda. Stone isn’t on Trump’s payroll. That is a fact. It doesn’t become a non-fact just bc the truth doesn’t suit your purpose.
There have been ~a million posts on this site re Cruz reaction to the Melania ad. He initially ONLY denied involvement in the ad. He LATER condemned it when asked by an interviewer specifically if he condemned it. Initially there was no condemnation At All.
I’m on the verge of simply not communicating with Cruz supporters for the foreseeable future. It’s simply too time consuming.
Btw, there is a name for believing something is true just bc you say it. It’s called Magical Thinking. In your world Stone is on Trump’s payroll via magical thinking. That is a problem...for you.

I don’t have a visceral hatred for blogs and bloggers as some folks have, but I absolutely hate sloppy or no research. There have been a few times I was thinking of posting an article from a blog or alternative media source here because on the surface, I agreed with it, but after vetting the source and veracity of the contents, I declined to do so because it just didn’t hold up to scrutiny.
Stating the truth in simple, straightforward language could only be a definition of ‘letting the bastards win’ in Cruzland.
Trump says he wants to “rip up” the Iran deal. There is only one way Cruz can get from that statement of fact to alleging that Trump supports the Iran deal: by lying.

I don’t think the tweets are ALL necessarily deleted. There is a program whereby you can delete previous tweets in bulk, but.... you can never get them back. Maybe they sit in the cache for awhile, but Amanda’s tweet is currently from the original link. It’s not from a cache. And there must be a way to designate a certain time span for which to show active tweets; hence only March showing up. But you can find old tweets from Amanda by googling.

The blow up is happening now. Beck is pretending he and his entire crew were raped by Cruz (he doesn’t mean figuratively). If that’s not a mental breakdown, I wouldn’t know what to call it.
The word ‘garbage’ has been parsed elsewhere. An honest response would be, “I have never violated my marriage vows; I have been faithful to my wife.”
