The FBI submitted a classified declaration to a federal court judge late Friday explaining details about the bureau's "pending investigation" into the use of a private email server by Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton. The declaration addresses why the FBI can't publicly release any records about its probe in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by VICE News.

It’s treason on top of treason. There’s a very good chance this woman could have been selling off classified info in exchange for donations to the Clinton money laundering foundation. That’s HIGH treason, a death penalty offense. Anyone defending and protecting that is also committing treason, but I would expect nothing less from this Islamic caliphate posing as our POTUS administration.

THE NYT REPORTED 3/27/15: Clinton’s review (and erasing?) of her emails did not occur when she was secretary of state ......or even shortly after she left office.
Last October, nearly two years after she left office, the State Department sent her a letter requesting all government records, like emails, she may have possessed. In response, she provided the State Department in December with about 30,000 printed emails that she said were government records. She has said that an additional 30,000 emails were personal.
It appears Clinton still has copies of the emails she deemed public records. Attached to Mr. Kendall’s letter was one sent to him by the State Department this week.
A letter from the under secretary of state for management, Patrick F. Kennedy, said that the department understood that she wanted to keep copies of those documents. Mr. Kennedy said that the agency had consulted with the National Archives, and that allowing her “access to the documents is in the public interest as it will promote informed discussion” as she responds to congressional and other inquiries.

ADDENDUM---The State Dept may also be facing charges of misleading a court WRT the court's request for documents...and for tampering w/ evidence.
I truly would like to know how many people have lost their lives as a result of her private server being hacked.
WRT this issue Trump will destroy Mrs Cosby as long as the FBI is investigating. It is reasonable to believe that premature disclosure of information in a continuing investigation (active and on-going as per article) into a CRIMINAL complaint could very well compromise that investigation and future investigation of crimes related to the server/email/national security breaches.
Things are so serious that even the response of the FBI cannot be made public??? Joe, Joe Biden are you awake?

My theory is that the server was sort of a spy smorgasbord.
Contributors to the Foundation were given access and take what was of interest. This way there are no specific information requests which could compromise Mrs Cosby.
I came to this conclusion after considering WHY would she have done something like this rife with danger as it is. It just made no sense.
Was Benghazi attacked and Ambassador Stevens murdered BECAUSE SOMEONE READ HIS EMAILS TO HILLARY (ON HER SERVER), BEGGING FOR SECURITY??!!!

But, no matter who the judge is, it will take a VERY persuasive argument to counter that of the FBI.

There really isn’t anything new here per standard FBI procedure into not disclosing the scope or focus of ongoing investigations. I just hope this is all wrapped up in time to potentially deprive Clinton of the nomination...which would have to be by May or June at the latest.
Of that I have NO doubt and there is undoubtedly even worse.
That was four lives and her blunders/lies have cost the lives of hundreds of thousands AT A MINIMUM.
In the end the FBI is only as efficient as the Justice Department of which it is part.

Run out the clock. The first thing she'll do if she wins is to grant all her minions and of course, HERSELF, blanket pardons. This probably won't be publicized unless action is taken and she'll pull them out and emit that evil cackle of hers.
