There really isn’t anything new here per standard FBI procedure into not disclosing the scope or focus of ongoing investigations. I just hope this is all wrapped up in time to potentially deprive Clinton of the nomination...which would have to be by May or June at the latest.

I do not expect this to be concluded that quickly, but as long as it is still hanging out there it will be an excellent weapon in Trump’s hands. “I don’t know about an FBI investigation and there is a CRIMINAL investigation ongoing for months; but I can tell you that if an employee of MINE set up a private server storing confidential business information it. He would be FIRED immediately and SUED for violating contractual stipulations.”

Then in any debate, if he even decides to debate the hag, he will NOT allow any “moderator” to get away from this issue or to Candy Crowley him.

While it is easy to become disillusioned about the seemingly glacial pace of this, it is clearer by the day that this is an almost insoluble problem for her.

ANY investigative/law enforcement agency (IF COMPETENT) will use "no comment" as to whether an investigation is POTENTIAL/ONGOING/ETC. Until such time as an action has been filed in court...., silence. Been there done that even when confronted by reporters with TV footage. An untold number of cases have ultimately been been lost due to "PREJUDICIAL COMMENTS"!
