The woman we know about is a lobbyist he met while in his job as a United States Senator. However, there may have been others. From The National Enquirer:

And, no, we’re not going to release the name of the lobbyist. However, we will tell you that she looks a little like Melania Trump.

A lot of you guessed Donald Trump as the cheater. Since Trump has cheated on every woman in his life – and some of those affairs were publicly disclosed in the past – reports of infidelity about him would not be a game-changer. In Ted Cruz’s case, though, extramarital affairs are definitely a game-changer.

The number would be local and I would answer to silence. None of the calls were of the same number, so I threw away the phone.

This happens to me several times a day too!

I thought it was just spam robocalls but now that I know it's Ted I guess I have to trash my phone too.

These rumors have been floating around for months, and the Cruz campaign had contingency plans in place.

The most disturbing thing is that Cruz hasn’t already sued the National Enquirer.

Truth is an absolute defense against libel.

A good way to get any illusions dispelled about politicians and professional staffers is to volunteer to work on campaigns. I saw stuff going on around conservative campaigns that would have made Bill Clinton blush. You get ambitious people and big money and mix in hot young women and it gets interesting.

“Now look, I’m aware of the story published by the NE. I categorically deny any and all allegations made in the article. I have never cheated on my wife.

On Monday we will be in court filing charges against the NE to challenge these false allegations.”
