Yes, Cruz did deny it. He said in the press conference that the story was completely false.

So what, he is an established prevaricator.
Can’t believe a word he says.

Cruz did not deny it.
That phrase is a weasel sentence taught to lawyers.

Yes, Cruz did deny it. He said in the press conference that the story was completely false.
That 'denial' was lawyer-speak. Here is what Cruz needs to state in unequivocal terms:
1.) "I have never been unfaithful to my wife Heidi"
2.) "I have never had an affair, a mistress or mistresses"
3.) "I demand an immediate apology and retraction by the National Enquirer or I will instruct my attorneys to pursue legal action against them"
Now how hard is that? But Cruz hasn't made that sort of statement, he's too busy trying to blame Trump for all of his troubles.

So consider that statement carefully.
The NE story alleges that Cruz had “five romps” with a hooker, a teacher, and co-workers. Let’s just say their investigator got one wrong and he only did the teacher Clinton-style. So now we know, based on the lawyerly definition of sex introduced by Bill Clinton, that he can honestly say that “five romps” is FALSE, because there were only FOUR “romps” (plus one BJ, which is not “sex-sex”).
See, this is how Ivy League lawyers use language to obfuscate, and why they earn names like Lyin’ Ted.

Since it is clearly documented as being TRUE, that makes TED a LIAR, does it not ?

I’m waiting for Luz to say what an innocent man would say and that is “I am completely committed to Heidi and would never ever cheat on her”.
How hard would that be to say?

I believe he doth Protestus too much. I think the story is more right than wrong. If True—Cruz is Toast.
