I have a 16 yr old granddaughter and we are on a week long trip on our boat. She brought a friend. On the way over n the car they were chatting and one of them said he’s a racist so I asked why? Why is he a racist? They said mmmmmm, his position on Mexicans and Mmmmmm Muslims yeah that’s it that makes him a racist. I laughed and said ahhhhhh, so you have adopted the leftist meme. I said I must be a racist too then. Granddaughter said no nanny you’re not racist! I then actually explained his positions and why I agreed with him. When I was done I said now, is he a racist? They both said.......well no, I guess not.

Thanks for the tag line notice. Sorry for the loss of your friend. Looking back over the last 60+ years and realizing just how clueless some people are as to the sacrifices that were made to make this country what it once was is sad. And there are a lot who have absolutely no desire to learn about that old timey stuff cause it doesn’t matter now. :>(
