I think the picture on the right was the “anonymized” one (face obscured to protect her identity), some sharp-eyed person found a picture that was a likely match and circled some artifacts common to both pictures, hence revealing the woman’s identity.

The Cruz campaign has a history of dirty and sleazy operations, but this has got to be the worst. Just how much further into the muck will Cruz, and Beck go from here. Hopefully, they’ll soon disappear below the surface of the muck, and never be seen or heard from again.
