He does look bloated.
I think some knew he was ill. I saw him on the Johnny Carson show a few times in the past month on Antenna TV. This out of thousand guests and he is on. Whoever is in charge of pulling up the old shows may have known there was a problem.
I heard on the radio that he wanted to have a boxing referee at his funeral to count to 5 and then say, “he’s not getting up”.

Died in Phoenix, Arizona, last night. He was 90.
It’s a big worry, going into a hospital setting and picking up infections, etc. Jack Lalanne was amazing to the end.
