In eighty years time there will be a post on Free Republic. It will say “XXX is the Trump of our Time!”.
And another poster will say “Are you kidding? Trump saved Western civilization! XXX is nothing like Trump!”
Churchill is the greater man. But Trump shares this with Churchill: he doesn’t draw back from obvious truths. This is why Western civilization can’t spare him.
It’s easy to say that such and such a person ‘knew’ that, too. But they didn’t speak out. Perhaps they were afraid of the backlash, but they didn’t speak out.
What has Trump done in deeds and not words, that would cause you to think and state that he will “save Western Civilization”?
I know what Trump is not, please tell me what he is. Say why you think this man is capable of “saving Western Civilization?
