Trump can’t make every show in person.
In case you haven’t noticed, he does tons of interviews in person. Generally at Trump Tower - in the lobby near the fountain.
He should tell Chuck Todd to take a flying leap. Todd needs him, Trump doesn’t need that balding little man with the dyed fringe on his forehead.

I*m probably as old as you, and thought the same. But as I look back, I realize that the media has been Left-biased for my entire lifetime.
I only realized this during the Bush-(Bill) Clinton campaign in 1992.
I saw the subtle tricks of words and images the media used to make Bush look bad and Clinton good.
Then I look back at Pres Eisenhower and realize that the as the media portrayed Ike, he did nothing but play golf 24 hours a day. And they made Mamie look like a deranged old hag.
I am sure it goes back much further than my life experiences,
When the media became this way, I can not say.
In the general he WILL get the Tidal Wave because he is already getting enormous crossover votes. It was heatbreaking to see the number of INDEPENDENTS who came to vote in our Closed Primary only to be told they couldn’t vote until the general Election.
