Pennsylvania will drive a steak in the heart of what is left of the Rino Gope. PA won't have nearly the effect you might think it will. Although PA has 71 delegates, by rule 54 of those delegates elected by Congressional District will go to the convention unbound - only the 17 statewide candidates will be bound to the winner of the statewide vote.

Sadly, we could have done this back in 2011. We had a GOP governor (then newly elected and with political capital to spend) and solid GOP majorities in both houses of the legislature. The Senate Majority leader and co-sponsors had introduced a bill to change how we allocated electoral votes to the system used in Maine and Nebraska: 2 for the statewide winner; 1 for the winner of each congressional district. Our governor was pledged to sign it if passed.
Our GOPe state chairman and George Will's editorials teamed up to ensure the bill never made it out of committee.
Without Pennsylvania's electoral votes being a Democrat given, the electoral math for the entire country would have changed. At minimum, the RAT party would have to spend money competing for 5-6 marginal congressional districts.
