I was fine when Trump said he consulted with himself on foreign policy.
Scripture says there is wisdom in many counselors. At the end of the day, I want Trump listening, but I want Trump deciding. I think a lot of the counselors get so wrapped up in minutia that they miss the forest for the trees.
A wise man will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel. (Proverbs 1:5)
Instruct a wise man and he will be wiser still; teach a righteous man and he will add to his learning. (Proverbs 9:9)
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:7)
Where there is no guidance, the people fall, but in abundance of counselors there is victory. (Proverbs 11:14)
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man is he who listens to counsel. (Proverbs 12:15)
Through presumption comes nothing but strife, but with those who receive counsel is wisdom. (Proverbs 13:10)
He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm. (Proverbs 13:20)
Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed. (Proverbs 15:22)
If you ever watched The Apprentice, that’s exactly what he does.......listens.....ponders......decides.
Me too. The President has to make the final decisions.
I DON’T think you EVER have to worry about Trump not making his own decisions he will weigh all the facts BUT he will make the final decisions!!!
