Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected U.S. President Barack Obama’s request that he free captured Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko, a Kremlin spokesman told the Interfax news agency.
Savchenko is held in Russia under allegations of assisting in the killing of two Russian journalists, while fighting in Ukraine in 2014. Her verdict is due before March 22 and she faces a 23-year jail sentence if found guilty. Although a Russian judge has already said the pilot’s guilt has been proven “beyond doubt” European and U.S. politicians have accused Russia of fabricating the charges for political reasons.
Ukrainians have held regular protests in front of Russia’s Embassy and consulates in Ukraine in anticipation of the court’s decision.

Soros, Obama, Putin, ISIS, the ChiComs, have one very important thing in common: they all want a “new world order” with a substantially weaker US. Obama has certainly done his part.
Oh dear Lord how I wish you were right. Unfortunately, after this slug slime leaves office, he plans to live in DC. He will haunt us even more regularly than he does now.
He will of course not have the power of the presidency, but he will be in our face and lives every chance he gets, unless our dream comes true and this muslim is locked up in prison. ;<) It’s only a dream.
Unfortunately I think he is going to end up as the Secretary-General of the U.N. Then we will still see him and hear his B.S. constantly.
That would certainly be bad.
But the story behind this article is not really about Obama. It is about an Ukrainian soldier who also fought in Iraq being sent to Russian prison for 25 years on some mock trial.
I don’t think the rest of the world has any respect for him at all. It’s sort of like honor among thieves.
Plus the UN has plenty of qualified black leaders to choose from—they don’t need to do what Obama voters did here and pick someone just because he’s black.
Meanwhile, Obama has bent over backwards appeasing the KGB/FSB POS on various things like missile defense and nukes, all the while basically crippling our own forces. Looks like Putin got what he wanted from the Useful Idiot commie clown and have thrown him aside.
And Trump, with his strange (at best) praise and admiration for Putin, will likely be just as bad, if not even worse. His campaign slogan, if he were honest, would be "Make RUSSIA great again". Of course nothing would make S.B. Putinistas like so-called "Navy Patriot", McGruff, and the others happier. The S.B. has some nerve going by the handle "Navy Patriot" when he props up and supports a country who, given the opportunity, would love to destroy the US military, their main obstacle in their quest to restore the evil empire.
Can't believe these scum are allowed to remain on this site all of these years, doing what they do, as obvious as it is. Something really weird is going on.
