“... Seven Mountain Dominionists ...”
You don’t even know what that means. It sounds “creepy” and “scary,” but it’s pretty standard Christianity:
1) God is sovereign
2) He commanded the first humans to exercise “dominion” over creation
3) It’s good for followers of Christ to be engaged in seven aspects of culture: family, religion, education, media, entertainment, business and government
Nobody but anti-Christians use the term “Seven Mountain Dominionists,” by the way. But the thing they’re trying to demean — being “salt and light” in all of society — is orthodox.
I’ve got to ask you, WENDLE, and I’m not asking in a judgmental way: Are you a Christian? Do you believe what’s written in Scripture (specifically the book of Genesis)? Do you believe that followers of Christ should be engaged in various aspects of our society?
Or are you a non-Christian, or believe that it’s OK to trash Cruz by whatever means necessary, even if it means demeaning normal Christian behavior?
I am a Christian . I see nothing in the Bible imputing “Messiah” or “king” to any man— only Jesus.. I see nothing in the Bible that these cultists pave the way for Christ or that they take money from non believers and distribute it to believers. I see nothing in the Bible about this cult. You can judge me all you want. I am saved in the blood of Jesus and I don’t need YOU.
Well, the book of Genisis you mention is from the Old Testament, which was written BEFORE Christ, therefor before “Christianity”...Which, of course, is so named because of Christ...
My wife and I are Christians, though I’m sure we can’t hold a candle to your Bible expertise. So I would ask you ....
Is it normal Christian behavior to lie ?
Is it normal Christian behavior to hire unethical people ?
Is it normal Christian behavior to mislead voters ?
//ven if it means demeaning normal Christian behavior?/
Except it is NOT ‘normal’ Christian behavior or doctrine. BTW, what did Christ say about taxes? What did he say to those who thought he was a political messiah? Look it up.
