The lead prosecutor of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard predicted on Tuesday that the FBI would recommend Espionage Act charges in its investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server.
"No honest FBI will ever not [recommend] criminal charges in this case," former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova said during an event hosted by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. "There are going to be referrals for a series of criminal charges involving violations of the espionage statutes, the grossly negligent mishandling of classified information, the grossly negligent storage of classified information."

DiGenova said the Department of Justice's recent decision to grant immunity to Clinton's technology aide, Bryan Pagliano, suggested that a grand jury had been convened.
"In all likelihood, [Pagliano] got statutory immunity, which means he went before a federal judge, and you do that when you have a grand jury," diGenova said.

There’s too many out there with various aspects of the same story. DiGenova is one of many. The FBI seems to be rotating their leaks to different individuals with expertise to support their opinion. No person has been used more than once with the exception of one news person who seems to have corralled a knowledgeable source.
With Hillary’s aides getting subpoena’s sometime in May, expect more pleadings of the fifth and possibly another key immunity deal for a person willing to rat out the others.
We’re in for an interesting spring followed by fireworks throughout the summer as Hillary’s life implodes.

I agree that she won’t be charged much less get indicted. Nevertheless she lost the FBI lottery and she won’t make it to the convention for one of two reasons: sickness or death.
With the one correction above, I think this is a possibility. Another possibility is the FBI will recommend numerous felony charges, Obama, via the Justice Department, will reduce them to misdemeanor charges, and Mrs. Bill Clinton will plead guilty to the same level of wrong doing as Gen. Petraeus and that'll be the end of it.

I have consummate faith in the Media's ability to twist, distort, and lie to the point where reality and the media account are only related by allegations of having occurred in the same time and place, sometimes involving the same people.
They have been ever stalwart in their defense of Hillary, and pawned off her husband's charges of Perjury and Obstruction of Justice to the LIV populace as being "just about sex" (depending on what the meaning of is is).
If they don't want to hang her high, they won't.

If I knew how to bet against her where it was legal (Europe) and get the money when she blew out, I’d do it in a heart beat.

If she becomes the POTUS, a lot of people are going to feel her wrath. It won’t be pleasant for them.
I believe oddsmakers in Vegas will bet on anything.

She has the Cult of Personality thing going with her supporters, and if she was burned at the stake they'd be seeking sainthood for her before the ashes cooled.
The rest of the public would round up sticks and litter to make the fire hotter, but they'd have to fight past the worshipers to throw it in.
Only a federal indictment folds her campaign, I hear. The FBI may recommend charges, but will the Justice Department comply? That’s the question.
You’re correct about her worshipers. The craft workers that got BOHICAed by Obama and the Bernieites won’t support her in the general ... if she makes it that far. Primary voting has shown a Democrat shift to Trump some of which may repeat for the general.
The Republicans have a shot at driving Hillary off in dsigrace. We’ll see what we’ll see.
