The lead prosecutor of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard predicted on Tuesday that the FBI would recommend Espionage Act charges in its investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server.
"No honest FBI will ever not [recommend] criminal charges in this case," former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova said during an event hosted by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. "There are going to be referrals for a series of criminal charges involving violations of the espionage statutes, the grossly negligent mishandling of classified information, the grossly negligent storage of classified information."

DiGenova said the Department of Justice's recent decision to grant immunity to Clinton's technology aide, Bryan Pagliano, suggested that a grand jury had been convened.
"In all likelihood, [Pagliano] got statutory immunity, which means he went before a federal judge, and you do that when you have a grand jury," diGenova said.

In a sane world I think he is correct. However, I have a suspicion this guy will look like Sheriff Joe and the Posse before it’s over with.
I do think the FBI is going to recommend charges. Is that enough to wreck a Clinton? Probably not.

personally, i think the obama pardon will come on the last day he is in office, whether hillary is charged or not, whether she wins office or not.
Her Royal Highness Queen Hillary the First and Only, Anointed of the Left and Duchess of Media, will never do so much as a single day of time.
In the case of Hillary it would be probable to go after her in a “witch hunt”. A “bitch hunt”, definitely. Guilty beyond all expectations!

The media has helped Hillary and her sycophants confuse the issue. Loyal Democrats are viewing it as another scheme to “Get Hillary.”
The other side of the investigation which is documenting her pay-to-play scheme while in office involves bribery and tax evasion. That’s something the media will not be able to misconstrue. Her days as a candidate are coming to an end.
Eventually her polls numbers will reflect the most common words people will associate with her name, crook and felon.
When her numbers go into free fall, the establishment will force her out whether charges are filed or not.
I agree. She’ll receive an offer she can’t refuse. Her first option will be to abandon her campaign and retire for medical reasons. If she doesn’t go willingly. especially if she has something on Obama, Hillary may be destined for a dirt nap on a date not of her choosing.
