'I was not looking forward to going out on that stage and dealing with Trump if he was going to attack me,' she said of moderating the debates
Kelly also says she wished Bill O'Reilly would have defended her more during his interview with Trump before the debate he skipped in Iowa
In the interview Kelly says she was not an attractive child and breaks down recounting the loss of her father when she was just 15-years-old
She also talks about balancing work and home as she raises three children while also hosting her popular news program

Megyn Kelly is opening up about her relationship with Donald Trump, life with her three children and much more in a revealing new interview. In the April issue of MORE, Kelly talks about Trump's decision to skip the Iowa debate she moderated just before the state's caucus, saying she wish that her Fox News coworker Bill O'Reilly would have stuck up for her more when he spoke to the Republican front-runner the night before to try and convince him to take the stage.
'I do wish that O’Reilly had defended me more in his interview with Trump. I would have defended him more,' reveals Kelly. 'Honestly? People think I’m fearless. But I’m human. I was not looking forward to going out on that stage and dealing with Trump if he was going to attack me.

Maybe BOR didn’t want to defend someone who asks gotcha questions. In the first debate, after reeling off a list of names Trump has called women, Kelly asked Trump something like, “Is that presidential behavior?” So should he have answered yes or no? It’s likely that Trump has called men much worse names, but no one cares about that.
No it isn’t....a thing of beauty to watch. He has total control in all interviews he does on TV.

IIRC, the Kelly brouhaha started when Kelly reported that Trump had physically abused his first wife, which turned out to be a lie, but Kelly reported it without verifying it. And when she pulled her cunning stunts during their first Fox debate, Trump had all of her he could stand.
Oh, baloney. It was way past due. They are to report the news not be the center of it. Good for Trump.
Its OK when Meggie is doing the attacking but not when she has to take the blowback for it. Bill OReilly probably has no love for Megyn. She has been allowed to eclipse him on Fox.
